With over a decade as a technician, Byron has been solely focussed in the solar industry for 5 years. He is an expert technician with advanced knowledge in solar, electrical installations, home security alarm systems, electric fencing, gate automation, CCTV etc. A  global citizen, he travelled the world installing, validating and commissioning clean rooms, theatres and laboratories. Byron was part of the aid relief in Haiti capital Port Au Prince during the earthquake and tsunami they had back in 2010. Byron provides high quality workmanship in every aspect.

As well as being involved in project development, he has been involved in many R and D projects ranging from the modular design of the Schneider home battery, government funding for thermal correction on solar modules, Vanadium Battery cell development, and investigating the future of network transmission. And most recently he is the winner of the sustainable design awards for “Sustainable Product” 2020.

Pasca has a wealth of experience in trade deal structuring, accounting, audit & financial reporting. His career in banking & financial services started in 2004 with Stanbic Bank a subsidiary of Standard Bank. Pasca has been part of over 200 trade transactions. His experience comes with an Honours degree in Banking and Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration.
